Program Overview

Your Summer in Paris program lasts 6 weeks (or up to 12 weeks) and is designed for students from all academic backgrounds. You will enroll in CIEE courses and online courses taught through CIEE's global academic partner, ASU. Enhance your experience with co-curricular and extracurricular activities while immersing yourself in French culture. Live and learn in Paris!

Excursions & Activities

CIEE’s excursions and cultural activities in Paris will open doors for you to explore France's rich diversity, language, culture, history, and timeless beauty in ways that will enhance your time abroad.  

Samples of past excursions and activities:

  • See the Mona Lisa with your own eyes at the Louvre Museum
  • Treat yourself to fresh baguettes and croissants at every boulangerie, and take a stroll in the gorgeous squares and parks that line the city
  • Visit the theaters, cafés, and luxury shops of the Champs-Élysées

Other Cultural Activities and Stud Tours

  • Learn the nuances of the City of Lights through a guided walk of Paris.  
  • Explore the hidden corners of Parisian culture, art, and society through weekly extracurricular activities.
