Your Quarter in Buenos Aires program lasts up to 12.5 weeks and is designed for students from all academic backgrounds. You will enroll in a combination of CIEE courses and courses taught online through CIEE’s global academic partner, ASU. Excursions & Activities

CIEE’s excursions and cultural activities in Buenos Aires will open doors for you to explore Argentina's rich diversity, language, culture, history, and timeless beauty in ways that will enhance your time abroad.  

Samples of past excursions and activities:  

  • Savor traditional Argentine cuisine like empanadas and chocotorta
  • Enjoy a private tango lesson followed by a visit to a milonga to experience the local dance culture firsthand
  • Visit museums, art galleries, and cultural centers such as the Museo de Bellas Artes and Centro Cultural Recoleta
